After School Tutors

Grace Lutheran College employs after school tutors to help students with their homework, research and assignments. All our tutors are current university students with exceptional academic records.

Each tutor offers specialised tutoring in their area of expertise. This may include mathematics, science, english, literature or languages. Student can visit the library to check the current tutoring timetable and find a suitable tutor. Students can then meet with their tutor in the library after school during their designated tutoring time.

The CAVE (Library)

At Grace Lutheran College Caboolture, our library is known as the CAVE. It is located in M Block opposite the Quad.

In the Library, students also have access to a number of books, resources and electronic databases. These include audiovisual, electronic and physical resources for students to borrow to use in their learning or recreationally. Students can also suggest addition to the library, or use the space for school clubs.

The CAVE serves as an extension of the classroom at Grace, and aims to promote students to become independent and life-long learners. Students can use the library to find information for assignments, borrow books or other media, or use the learning pods for study sessions with friends.

The CAVE is open during term time, Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 3:10pm. After school tutoring is available to all students in the library Monday to Thursday 3:15pm to 5:15pm. Tutors (and an available Research Facilitator) can help students with assignments, research and homework.

The direct contact number for the Grace Caboolture Library (CAVE) is 07 5428 9433.
